Conference on technology and results transfer with academic and industrial partners

It is proposed to discuss approaches to presentation and technologies for working with professional competencies. It is proposed to consider the contexts within which we can talk about competencies, discuss what types of objects in educational processes can be called competencies. It is proposed to consider competence as a concept technologically only in innovative systems of action.

Modern training systems in education do not provide competence for innovative projects.

Today, technologies for working with competencies in innovation processes must provide three parameters: the structure of the action, the method of measurement (assessment), and the method of development.

In the concept of competence, it is important to consider the following aspects: authority, product, functions, ability to act.

The core of the content of competence is associated with the development of activities, i.e. with the ability of the subject to actually participate in the development of activities and completing himself to the desired function.

Competence is a designing a developing object with oneself, completing oneself and functions, co-organization and super-quality performance of a function, reflexive design of knowledge about one's own competence.

It is supposed to consider several cases on the presentation and technologies of working with competencies.

The seminar is supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation by the Agreement № 075-15-2020-933 dated 13.11.2020 on the provision of a grant in the form of subsidies from the federal budget for the implementation of state support for the establishment and development of the world-class scientific center «Pavlov center «Integrative physiology for medicine, high-tech healthcare, and stress-resilience technologies» (NCMU)
