The program "Mechatronics and Robotics" promotes the formation of knowledge and skills in such sections of technical sciences as mechatronics, programming, electrical engineering, the ability of hardware and complexes and motion control systems development. The program introduces to scientific terminology, the basics of the course "Mechatronic Systems and Robotics" and focuses on practical and laboratory classes, providing for the acquisition of knowledge and practical skills in the framework of the modules under study. The program also helps to facilitate the understanding of the courses "Microprocessor technology in mechatronics and robotics" and "Control systems for manipulator robots."

Master’s degree program "Automation and Mechatronics"
There is a possibility to obtain the Master’s degree by applying for the full-time program “Automation and Mechatronics”.
The program provides students with broad knowledge and skills in the field of automation of production processes and equipment, as well as in the field of mechatronic devices and systems control. Study of network technologies (Intranet- and Internet-technologies), issues of SCADA-systems construction, practical use of real-time systems are important parts of the program.
Students learn the principles of robotics and mechatronics, mechatronic and robotic actuators, modern technologies of microcontroller application. The program gives students deep theoretical knowledge of modern methods of automatic control theory, in particular the methods of analysis and design of nonlinear, adaptive and intelligent control systems.
