Languages and Protocols for Communication of Agents to Build a Co-evolving Hybrid Iintelligence

Currently, there is only weak artificial intelligence in the world, which is not able to explain its decisions.

There is a hypothesis that in order to create a strong intellect, it is necessary to provide an opportunity for the intellect to interact with other agents.

An intelligent system or any other source, for example, a human, can act as an agent.

KQML (Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) is a standard that describes the principles of interaction between different agents.

The report will consider and analyze the KQML standard on the object of applicability of the coevolving hybrid intelligence construction.
