Leader is one who do not do a lot of talking, but do enough listening. Leader is one who doesn't talk a lot, but one who brings people together, listetingro them, working with them to come up with good solutions to problems. So being a good listener, respecting other people's opinions, bringing people into the process, making them a part of it. It is very very important.

If we have a look at the science domain, we will see that people can listen each other, and very carefully have look at the results and the facts and they actually are building something big together. But if we switch to politics or business, it feels that we see a different world, right? What is the main difference? Could a science collaboration culture be a reference model for the new society? What do you think?

The professor emphasized that these should not be two different worlds, and that a discussion of any kind should be equally understood on both sides, that there should be a model for a general discussion, a discussion that would be clear to all interested.
The kind of discussion we are having today should be taken place all over the world all the time!
